John S. Shegerian
Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO
Shegerian is the Chairman and CEO of Electronic Recyclers International® (ERI). Established in
2002, ERI is an Electronic Waste collector and recycler, specializing in the environmentally safe
and socially responsible dismantling of electronic items such as computers, televisions and
monitors. ERI is recognized as the Number One Electronic Waste Recycler in the state of California
and one of the largest in North America.
Shegerian was also co-founder and CMO of
www.finanicialaid.com, one of the most successful student loan companies in the country. While
at financialaid.com, John created
www.rateyourcampus.com (a college student polling and feedback community) which then led to the
creation of www.campusdirt.com (which
evolved into the most relevant and trafficked college search engine). Last but not least,
www.campusclix.com was created and became
one of the first college social networking properties on the web. In October 2004 John and his
partners sold financialaid.com and all the aforementioned affiliated properties to Education Lending
Group, which was purchased for $400M in February 2005 by CIT (NYSE: CIT). Shegerian went on to
create and be the Founder of Addicted.com, a
comprehensive, interactive website dedicated to helping those struggling with the disease of addiction.
For his work with ERI, Shegerian was named the Clean Tech Entrepreneur of the Year for Northern
California by Ernst & Young in 2008 and is a
national finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year honors.
Shegerian is driven by his commitment to innovate and develop companies that benefit and inspire
others and are socially responsible. Shegerian has a 25 year track record of quickly converting
start-ups into large, highly successful business enterprises.
Shegerian serves alongside Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger as a member of the
California Commission for Jobs and Economic Growth
and was recently appointed by Governor Schwarzenegger to serve on the Governor's Gang Advisory Committee,
focused on providing the State's top legislators with guidance pertaining to policies geared toward the
reduction of gang and youth violence. In 1993, he also co-founded Homeboy Tortillas and
Homeboy Industries, which continues to
serve as a paradigm for urban renewal in America and was awarded the New York Stock Exchange
"Building for the Future" Award for creating new jobs and opportunities for gang-impacted youth
in post-riot Los Angeles. John is also the recipient of the prestigious "Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Award," presented by the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Unity Committee to businessmen working to
provide compassionate solutions for society's problems.
Passionately espousing his trademarked mantra that "Green is Good," Shegerian serves as an
executive board member of the Alliance Toward
Harnessing Global Opportunities, as a board member of the Coalition for Clean Air, as a corporate board member of the
Environmental Media Association, and as a board member on the
VerdeXchange for Innovations and Developments in the Green Economy. He also serves on the Fundraising Committee
and as an Ambassador of Education at California State University at Fresno. Shegerian also serves on the Board of the
Boys and Girls Club of Fresno and on the Media Relations steering committee for the
State of California's Integrated Waste Management Board.

Tammy Shegerian
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer of Electronic Recyclers International®, Tammy Shegerian oversees and manages
the day-to-day operations of each aspect of the organization, including sales oversight.
It's a role she fits perfectly due to her 25 years of business management experience, most
recently having served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of a privately held
food manufacturer. For more than a decade, she was instrumental in achieving dramatic
revenue growth while increasing net income through development and management of the
company's continuous improvement program. During this period, the company grew from number
five to number one market share in its space.
Prior to her work in food manufacturing, Shegerian served as a Commercial Real Estate Broker
for Julian J. Studley (Sommer Commercial Real Estate). Focusing on office and retail leasing
in the Santa Monica/West Los Angeles marketplace from 1989 to 1997, she led that firm's sales
in the Santa Monica market from 1992 to 1997.
Earlier in her career, Shegerian developed her sales and sales management skills at National
Service Contracts, a brokerage firm specializing in air conditioning and refrigeration service
contracts nationally. Her team's sales were highest in the company and instrumental in NSC's
completion of a Public Offering in 1989.
She started her career with the Carnation Company, working with the organization's product
management program until Carnation became part of Nestle in 1985.
Shegerian earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from USC, where she
graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Kevin J. Dillon
Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer
ERI's Chief Marketing Officer and co-founder, Kevin J. Dillon, has played a significant role in paving the
way for the electronic recycling industry as a whole. Alongside Fresno-based entrepreneur and ERI's CEO,
John S. Shegerian, Dillon has constructed a new gold standard and has helped lead ERI to a place of national
influence. Beyond playing a key role overseeing the top to bottom operations of the organization, Dillon's
work also includes managing corporate sales, overseeing internal operations, acquisitions and all business
development for the company.
Prior to ERI, Dillon worked alongside John Shegerian at FinancialAid.com to help pioneer one of the largest student
loan companies in the United States. Dillon hired and creatively managed the organization's sales force and
loan counselors while growing FinancialAid.com's sales to more than $2 billion annually -- leading to the
organization's subsequent purchase by and transition to the oldest financial institution in the United States.
Prior to his efforts at FinancialAid.com, Dillon served as project manager for Southwestern Bell
Communications (SBC). At SBC, Dillon managed quarterly IT implementation releases for SBC's subsidiaries and
facilitated cross-functional team meetings.
Dillon worked as an outside pharmaceutical sales representative for Johnson & Johnson where his
responsibilities included product awareness and inventory management for California's central valley.
Dillon earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance from California State University, Fresno.

Dick Peloquin
Vice President - Operations, Massachusetts
When Electronic Recyclers International® first looked to expand into the East Coast, Dick Peloquin was a
natural to partner with in leading the way. Peloquin is the founder, immediate past President and CEO of
ElectroniCycle, Inc., and he has an extensive background in the electronics and electronics recycling
industries.
Launching his career in electronics as an apprenticeship in late 1970, Peloquin achieved Master Electronic
Technician status in the spring of '77 and founded his own Electronics and Appliance sales and service
company the same year. The company grew to three locations in Massachusetts and serviced consumer
electronics, communications equipment, electric power tools, gasoline power equipment, home appliances
and commercial equipment.
In 1997, Peloquin's awareness of the impending cessation of the NTSC broadcast format, Massachusetts'
proposed legislation regulating CRT disposal and market conditions affecting the retail price relationship
between purchase and repair of consumer electronics, resulted in the formation of the new company ElectroniCycle.
After rapid growth to over 50 employees, Peloquin met ERI's John Shegerian in 2006. Both share a vision and
an understanding of the electronics recycling industry – leading to ElectroniCycle becoming part of ERI's family
of companies in the spring of 2007.

Aaron Blum
Co-Founder and Chief Compliance Officer
One of the co-founders of Electronic Recyclers International®, Aaron Blum is directly involved
with high level sales and compliance. Blum's accounts include such Fortune 500
companies as NEC, Mitsubishi, Hitachi, Toyota, BFI and Waste Management. In
addition, Blum was instrumental in the development of the corporate relations
and Research and Development infrastructures for Electronic Recyclers International®. He has
helped lead Electronic Recyclers International® to the #1 approval rating for SB20/50 claims
in the state of California and played an integral part in working with the State
to develop new regulations and improve the current SB20/50 legislation regarding
electronic waste.
Before co-founding Electronic Recyclers International®, Blum headed the sales department for
Pullz Computers, a southern California based computer resale company. Within a
year of starting with Pullz, Blum helped double the company's sales revenue.
Blum graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelors degree in
Business Administration.

Rob Christ
Chief Financial Officer
T. Robert Christ served as Aristotle International, Inc's., a software technology firm,
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer since November of 1999. From August
1999 to October 1999 and following the acquisition of Pulsar Data Systems by Litronic,
Inc., a publicly traded data security company, Mr. Christ served as vice president of
finance for Litronic.
Prior to that acquisition, from August 1998 to June 1999, Mr. Christ served as the Chief
Financial Officer of Pulsar Data Systems, a hardware solutions firm. From December 1994
to July 1998, Mr. Christ served as VP of Finance for The Centech Group, an information
technology provider, and from August 1991 to October 1994, Mr. Christ worked as a Senior
Accountant at Rubino and McGeehin, a Washington, DC accounting firm. Mr. Christ received
a CPA certificate in May 1991.
Mr. Christ obtained a bachelors of business administration in Accounting from James Madison
University in 1991.

Peter Prinz
Project Manager / Chief Automation Engineer
Known as one of the most experienced shredding engineers in the business, Pete Prinz
joined ERI in 2008 to help lead the company's installation of revolutionary new
shredding systems, organization-wide.
Prior to arriving at ERI, Prinz had in 2004 started, and for four years managed,
American Electronic Recycling (AER), where he designed and built the first
two-shredder complete e-recycling facilities in the country. Prior to creating AER,
Prinz owned and managed his own large (14 acre) scrap metal recycling facility in
Lawrence, MA, from 1998 until 2004, processing over 5000 tons of steel and non ferrous
metal per month.
Previously, Prinz served as Vice President of Operations for Recycling Industries, a scrap
metal roll-up corporation in Denver. While there, he had responsibility for managing 13
scrap metal operations in 9 states.
He has also served as President of Hawco Manufacturing, a producer of large material handling
buckets and grapples for the timber, scrap metal, dredging, ship loading and other industries
handling large quantities of bulk material. rinz tripled the size of the company and became
the first in the industry with an ISO 9001 certification.
Prinz also designed, coordinated and patented the first successful ash recovery systems for
Waste Management's 4000 ton per day waste-to-power incinerator in Florida, a unit that is still
running today. He started in the scrap metal industry with the installation and design of the
first of the Super Auto shredders in 1975 for Miller Compressing and has worked for the David
J. Joseph company and Southern Holdings as a Plant Manager and Project Manager in the set up
of heavy processing systems.
Prinz was trained as a Mechanical Engineer at the University of Wisconsin.

Tom Shinault
Director of Environmental Affairs
A veteran of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Tom Shinault is Electronic Recyclers International®
resident industrial facility specialist and chemical engineer. For the EPA,
Shinault was instrumental in providing emergency response planning on a local and federal
level. He also served as an EPA Planner and Inspector, enforcing federal environmental
regulations.
Shinault provided emergency response planning for the EPA in the event of an environmental
emergency and has assisted major oil companies to come into compliance with the Clean
Water/Clean Air Act, and The Emergency Planning & Community Right-To-Know Act laws by
establishing innovative inspection and planning strategies.
Shinault is a member of the California Hazardous Waste Association, California Water
Pollution Control Association, Water Environment Federation, and the American Society for
Testing and Materials.

Eric Rawn
Chief Technology Officer
The technology infrastructure of Electronic Recyclers International® was designed and is currently
overseen by Eric Rawn. With more than 10 years of experience in business technology,
Rawn developed a state-of-the-art network of communications, data, and video for
Electronic Recyclers International®.
Rawn developed the company's revolutionary Client Tracker network of video cameras
enabling clients to track and view their recyclable materials as they travel through
the warehouse from start to finish; and the accompanying, custom-designed Client
Extranet website. Rawn is also responsible for the implementation of industrial-class
LCD projectors throughout the warehouse which provide real-time statistics on product
flow and efficiency.
In 1996, Eric founded
BCT Consulting, Inc.,
one of California's most advanced network consulting firms. BCT Consulting provides
technology services for hundreds of firms, government agencies, agricultural facilities
and businesses throughout the state. Eric has a degree in Business Administration –
Information Technology from California State University, Fresno.
