ERI’s account managers are the best in the industry and each is responsible for overseeing the management of at least 1 million pounds of electronics each month. Within 24 hours of inquiry, a client will be contacted by an ERI account manager. The account manager will work with the client to set-up a customized electronics collection and recycling program to meet the needs of the individual client.

All ERI account managers are responsible for overseeing the client’s contract and managing a support team to assist in the areas of:

  • Accounting and invoicing;
  • Shipping and receiving;
  • Logistics coordination and scheduling;
  • Reporting; and
  • Environmental/sustainability consulting.

The account manager will continually evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the program and implement changes when necessary. Time and again we have proven that partnerships built on collaboration and trust result in long-term cost savings and program efficiencies.
